The Davies Craig EWP115 Electric Water Pump and Electric Pump/Fan Digital Controller Combo (Part Number 8930) – is a simple, do-it-yourself, easy to install, kit designed to complement or replace your existing belt-driven, mechanical water pump and engine thermostat. The EWP115 will fit most vehicle makes and models fitted with naturally-aspirated or turbo engines up to seven liters (429 cubic inches). The revolutionary, Australian-designed EWP115 is made from anti-corrosive, lightweight, heat-resistant, glass-filled nylon and incorporates a ceramic faced impeller seal for long-life durability.

The EWP115 greatly enhances engine cooling control while giving you added power and improved fuel economy. By removing the parasitic power losses of a belt-driven, mechanical water pump the Electric Water Pump can provide up to 10kW (14HP) of extra power and increased torque.

The EWP115 Digital Controller Combo is supplied in a do-ityourself kit for fitment to your vehicle’s engine, including an easy-to-follow DIY instruction booklet.

The Davies Craig Digital Controller for Electric Water Pump & Fans  Part Number 8001 LCD Digital Controller how has two specific functions. This unique Controller will now manage the operation of the Electric Water Pump (EWP) by varying the speed of the EWP in response to the temperature of the engine and manage control of your electric engine fan. The Controller has a push-button on the facia panel that offers target temperatures Singular degrees from 60°C (140°F) to 100°C (212°F). Generally, higher engine temperature will offer improved fuel efficiency and lower engine temperature more power. The LCD Digital Controller will now operate the engine’s electric fan automatically once the engine has reached +3c above the target temperature. A significant benefit too is the Controller allows the EWP to run on after ignition shutdown to reduce heat soak. It is recommended that engine operational temperatures be checked with manufacturer.
