The Davies Craig EWP115 Electric Water Pump (Part Number 8025) is a universal fit, do-it-yourself, easy to install water pump designed to replace or compliment your existing belt-driven mechanical water pump. By removing the parasitic power losses of a belt-driven water pump the EWP can provide extra power, increased torque, increased cooling capacity, eliminating heat soak and provide better engine temperature control. Options for pump control Use in conjunction with EWP/Fan Digital Controller (not included, see our other kits).  The Digital Controller has a microprocesser which will run the EWP at exactly the right flow rate maintaining your set, targeted engine temperature. Use in conjunction with Thermal Switch (not included). Combine the EWP with an adjustable Thermal Switch to add a cooling boost to an overheating mechanical pump cooling system. Continuous Running Wire the pump to the ignition for maximum cooling – suitable for race vehicles, very hot climates and chronically overheating engines.
